The first one I tried was Dave’s Crazy Caribbean Hot Sauce. Registering a 7 out of 10 on the Hot Sauce Planet heat meter, I found it to be a really nice Hot Sauce for use on tacos or even in Cajun foods like Jambalaya and gumbo.
The other Hot Sauce I sampled was Bone Suckin’ BBQ Sauce. This one came in only a 2 out of 10 on the Hot Sauce Planet Heat Meter. Although it was not as hot as others, it was still really good. The combination of the tomato paste, honey, molasses, horseradish, lemon and smoke flavors made it a nice addition for a dipping sauce I used for grilled chicken.
I found the Hot Sauce Planet website to be very easy to navigate and easy to find new hot sauces I had never heard of. So if you are tired of the same old, same old hot sauces you find at your local grocery store, I would recommend taking a visit to Hot Sauce Planet and checking out their selection. To see all the hot sauces they offer or to learn more, visit: HotSaucePlanet.com. You can also follow them on Twitter: @HotSaucePlanet or on “like” them on Facebook.
