Even before my interview on WTMD aired this morning I received and email from one of my readers regarding environmentally friendly tailgating. He shared a lot of good ideas that were just too good not to share. I especially appreciated him alerting me to an online store that sells biodegradable plates and cutlery, perfect for tailgating. Here is the email he sent..

Howdy Dave,
Regarding this post:
Listen To My Interview On WTMD 89.7 FM Tomorrow MorningYou said that you will be chatting about tailgating green, I would like to share a few ideas with you:
-This place sells biodegradable plates and utensils.
You have to buy large quantities, but shipping is free.
They have a store on Ebay where they sell smaller quantities:
Trellis Earth Products on eBay
-Around our tailgater, I set up a few of those popup garbage cans, and label one for bottles and cans.
-Instead of bottled water, I purchased one of these:
http://www.
qualitylogoproducts.com/ custom-coolers/bubba-keg- kooler.htm And will fill it with water and ice for games this year.
I enjoy your site, and I hope you can use these ideas.
Best regards,
Dave
