Music Video: TailGate Party by Roy Solis

When it comes to music, there aren’t a lot of songs out there that sing about tailgating and the tailgate party lifestyle. The one we found back in 2008 was Colt Ford’s Tailgate Song. Another one that could be considered a song about tailgating is The Cornhole Song by Rhett & Link. But honestly that is more about the game of cornhole and not as much about tailgating as we would prefer. So when we came across this little tune by Roy Solis we were happy to share it.

Video: Tailgating Song

Came across this video although it is not much of a video and is more audio placed on a YouTube video. either way, some guys out there put together a song about tailgating and the tailgate party lifestyle. As far as I can remember, the Colt Ford Tailgate Song is the only song I know of that sings about tailgating all the way through. Give this one a listen and see if you like it better than the Colt Ford one.

Tailgating Video: Colt Ford Tailgate Song

I will admit it. I was not familiar with Colt Ford’s music but I am now. I guess the new way to get the word out about your music is to put together a music video and post it up on YouTube. Who needs those punks at MTV when there is the internet? (A half naked, smoking hot girl dancing to your song in lingerie and a cowboy hat doesn’t hurt either)

Just from the one song in this video, Colt Ford sounds a bit like the country band Big and Rich. Any song about tailgating will get my attention but this video, takes the cake. Just be careful when watching this. Even though it is posted on YouTube it is really NSFW. Don’t complain to me if you try to play the video and it says it has been removed. Send all hate mail to YouTube, not me.
