Weekend Wrap #12: Links Still Going Strong

Posted by Dave On May - 17 - 2008

news_wrap.jpgLast week’s Weekend Wrap #11 handed out kudos and big thanks to those that discovered a number of different posts here on TailgatingIdeas.com and linked to them. That trend continued this week with a number of new websites picking up on the The 14 Tailgaters Who Annoy the Crap Out of You article. The biggest traffic rush came in via the message board over on TuckerMax.com where one poster used the 14 Tailgaters post as a thread starter. If you do check out TuckerMax.com, be warned that they let it all hang out. If you offend easily, you may want to stay away. Others who picked up on 14 Tailgaters article include Mondesi’s House, Busted Coverage, The 700 Level, Three Idiots on Sports, The World of Isaac and Banned in Hollywood. Thanks to everyone for the link love this past week. And speaking of link love, here is another round of links regarding tailgating and tailgate parties from the past week.

Dave: Thanks for the mention. If you check back closer to football season, you’ll find much more discussion about what our group does to get ready on Saturdays in Columbus. You’ll probably also find more discussion about some of my superstitions, although I doubt I’ll be going into detail about my game-only boxer shorts anytime soon…
