I’ll admit it. I watched this video twice and still was a bit confused.

Was this a video depicting West Virginia tailgaters as drunken morons made by a person who does not like West Virginia fans? Or was this a video that depicted West Virginia tailgaters as drunken morons made by a West Virginia fan that was proud of that public perception? You tell me which one it is.
