Tailgate To Tackle Alzheimer’s

Posted by Dave On August - 24 - 2008

The Alzheimer’s Association is hoping to use tailgating as a rallying and unifying act to help raise money and awareness to the disease that affects so many older Americans. They are encouraging tailgaters to use the weekend of September 19 – 21 to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s by placing fliers and informational materials around your tailgating area. If you choose to collect donations and contribute to the fund raising effort, that would be the weekend they would like you to target. They even have a tailgate kit to help get you started.

For more information on how to Tailgate for Alzheimer’s awareness, check out the special web page the Alzheimer’s Association has put together.
