I’ve been doing the Weekend Wrap for 15 weeks now and this week is one of the first weeks in that I could not find any news or blogs stories about the PNC Arts Center ban on tailgating before certain concerts. I am shocked to say the least. If you are looking for a little gratuitous T & A, you’ll have to wait until Wednesdays. That’s when we do the Mid-Week Eye Candy Wrapper.
