- 1 cup butter, melted
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 or 4 drops hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Horseradish
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool.
