Favorite Super Bowl Commercials

Posted by Dave On January - 31 - 2012

This Sunday is Super Bowl Sunday. Although nobody will be tailgating outside of Lucas Oil Stadium this Sunday (the NFL has banned tailgating at the Super Bowl for years) most of you will be watching it at home, a friend’s house or even at a bar. Outside of the competition on the field, many viewers will be more looking forward to the innovative and creative commercials that air in between breaks in the action.

Breaking from our normal topic of all tailgating all the time, we wanted to share with you some of our favorite Super Bowl commercials from the past 10 to 15 years. Keep in mind that this collection of ads were not voted “the best” by the USA Today Ad Meter but merely are the ones we thought we the most creative and humorous in our opinion. In no particular order:

Snickers starring Betty White

Volkswagen – The Force

Reebok – Terry Tate Office Linebacker

Doritos – Laundromat

Etrade – Milkaholic

Godaddy – Proceedings

Visa – Snow Volleyball

Doritos – House sitting

If you believe we left your favorite off this list, feel free to suggest it in the comments section below.

These days Super Bowl commercials are the best! I can not wait to see them. It’s sad football season is ending but I enjoyed tailgating this year all thanks to my Tailgater from DISH. We could watch all the games in HD live using my Tailgater. I couldn’t wait to get off work from DISH and head to a tailgate party and eat all the great food. I loved hanging out with my friends I can’t wait for Sunday!
