Sure Thanksgiving was a few days ago that gave way to Black Friday but there is more to be thankful for than the obvious. For one, be thankful you are not on the BCS committee and have to defend this muddled mess heading into conference championship games. Be thankful you are not asked to sort that mess out or even explain it to someone who asks. Just be thankful for tailgating and all the fun that comes with it no matter how good or bad your favorite teams is. As a Chargers fan, tailgating is really the only thing I have going on these days in light of today’s performance. So be thankful and enjoy the links.

Got an email this evening from a reader that passed along a YouTube video of a demo on playing beer pong on your iPhone or iPod touch. You may recall back in October we told you could Play Beer Pong on Your iPhone.

First of all let me say that I’m a big fan of your blog! I wanted to let you know about what I thought could be a possible article topic. At the football tailgates I’ve been to recently, I’ve seen a lot of people who have iPhones or iPod touches playing beer pong (beirut) on their phones. I have an iPhone myself so I asked one of these people what they were playing, and it seems there is an app going around called “Beer Pong PRO” thats become popular at tailgates. They have this tutorial video on Youtube and you can see how the app works:
You can basically play beer pong right on your phone, and challenge anyone over the internet. You even take your shot by making your normal shot motion while holding the phone. I thought that this was pretty cool and its something new that I’ve seen. Cheers!
